Strive Physical Therapy, part of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a full-time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our clinic team in Moorestown, NJ. You will be the first voice and face patients encounter, providing a warm, organized, and professional experience from the first call through every visit.

Responsibilities include welcoming patients, scheduling, insurance verification, payments, and maintaining HIPAA privacy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a medical front desk or healthcare office preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort with computers, scheduling systems, EMR, email, and basic spreadsheets.
• Ability to discuss payments, scheduling, and insurance professionally.
• Calm, patient-centered approach with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, professional first impression for patients and visitors.
• Manage front desk operations: check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification/authorization, calls.
• Review and follow up on referrals, update patient records, explain next steps.
• Maintain patient flow by confirming appointments, managing waitlists, and handling cancellations.
• Collect copays and balances accurately and professionally, with basic payment tracking.
