Wraparound Maryland, Inc. is seeking a Care Coordinator to advocate for children and families on your caseload, while connecting them with community resources and support services. You will build positive relationships with providers to guarantee access to high-quality care.

The role requires a BA/BS in social work, psychology, or a related field, plus experience in human services and community work. A valid driver’s license and CPR/First Aid certifications are expected, with bilingual skills a

Qualifications

• BA/BS in social work, psychology or related field with extensive human services experience.
• Experience working with youth and families in the community.
• Must possess or obtain First Aid and CPR certification.
• Consent to background check (state, federal, drug screening).
• Active, unrestricted driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for children and families on caseload and provide ongoing support.
• Develop positive relationships with providers to ensure access and quality services.
• Maintain awareness of community resources useful to families and act as a liaison.
