Job summary

Wraparound Maryland, Inc. is seeking energetic Care Coordinators to advocate for children and families in the Mid Shore counties. You will support, connect to community resources, and build relationships with service providers to ensure access to quality care.

You will work in a community-based, in-person setting with a focus on holistic, person-centered approaches and collaboration with diverse teams. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, with First Aid/CPR and background checks

Qualifications

• BA/BS in social work or related field; extensive experience in human services.
• Experience may be substituted for education, but minimum Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Must possess First Aid and CPR certification.
• Willing to submit and pass a CJIS and Child Protective background check.
• Active, unrestricted driver's license & reliable personal vehicle.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
