Job summary

Wraparound Maryland is seeking energetic Care Coordinators to join our team serving the lower Eastern Shore counties. You will advocate for children and families, connect them to community resources, and build relationships with providers to ensure access to quality services.

This in-person, community-based role requires a bachelor's degree in social work or related field, plus licensed driver and ability to pass background checks. Bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in social work, psychology or related field with extensive experience in human services.
• Experience may be substituted for education; minimum Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR required or obtainable.
• CJIS and Child Protective background checks required.
• Active, unrestricted driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
