Job summary

Care Advantage Inc. is seeking a high-energy, bilingual Korean/English Care Coordinator to join our Annandale, VA team. This role focuses on matching caregivers with clients, coordinating schedules, and maintaining strong client and family relationships in a fast-paced home care environment.

You will be the go-to liaison among clients, families, and field staff, ensuring seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and prompt problem-solving to support exceptional care outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Scheduling, medical, or phone experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and communication abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the Matchmaker by pairing caregivers with clients based on health needs, fit, and preferences.
• Maintain strong relationships as the liaison between clients, families, and field staff.
• Own the schedule and keep accurate, up-to-date shifts in the system.
• Respond rapidly to emergencies or last-minute changes to ensure client care.

What You'll Do

• Be the Matchmaker: Thoughtfully pair caregivers with clients by considering health needs, personality fit, skill level, and preferences. You'll ensure every client feels supported and every caregiver feels valued.
• Keep Relationships Strong: Act as the go-to liaison between clients, families, and field staff. You'll build trust, smooth over challenges, and make sure communication flows seamlessly.
• Own the Schedule: Maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules in our system. You'll juggle multiple moving parts, anticipate conflicts, and keep everything running like clockwork.
