Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks a Care Coordination Supervisor (unlicensed) to lead our care coordination team across homes and community settings in Southeast and Central Ohio. The role emphasizes fidelity to wraparound principles, staff development, and collaboration with partners to deliver family-centered services.

Qualifications include a social work/Education/Psychology background (BS/MS), LSW/LPC preferred, and at least 3 years in care coordination with supervisory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s in social work, education, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• LSW/LPC preferred.
• At least 3 years of coordinated care coordination experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care coordination team activities and ensure quality delivery.
• Provide training for direct care coordinators in home and community settings.
• Review documentation and ensure Medicaid compliance.
• Coordinate on-call rotation and fidelity monitoring of wraparound services.
• Collaborate with systems and partners to ensure family voice and choice.
• Participate in staff recruitment and onboarding processes.
