Qualifications

• Three years of experience in behavioral health services or administrative support.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience with multi-system youth or individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Referral Specialists and OhioRISE Development Coordinator.
• Oversee intake and referral processes.
• Analyze management reports and identify operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
• Travel within designated service areas.
