Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health is looking for a Development and Intake Supervisor in Southeast, OH. This role provides leadership for OhioRISE intake and oversight of workforce support activities. The supervisor will help enhance service coordination and improve operational processes to assist youth and families along their road to health and well-being.

Qualified candidates should have experience in behavioral health services, strong communication skills, and knowledge of community health systems. The position offers a salary of $52,609.67 - $63,282.33 annually.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience providing coordinated supportive services in a behavioral health setting.
• Experience working in the behavioral health field required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of Referral Specialists and OhioRISE Development Coordinator.
• Oversee intake and referral process to ensure timely and accurate linkage to care.
• Analyze management reports and workforce metrics to identify operational needs.
