Qualifications

• Three years of experience in behavioral health services is required.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience with multi-system youth or individuals with autism is beneficial.
• Ability to conduct on-camera video calls and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities of Referral Specialists and OhioRISE Development Coordinator.
• Oversee care coordination intake and referral process.
• Monitor onboarding activities to ensure consistent experiences.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and reporting requirements.
• Travel within designated service areas.
