Qualifications

• Three years of experience in behavioral health services or administrative support.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience with multi‑system youth or individuals with autism/developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Referral Specialists and OhioRISE Development Coordinator.
• Oversee OhioRISE care coordination intake and referral process.
• Analyze reports to identify trends and operational needs.
• Monitor onboarding activities to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other requirements.
• Travel within designated service areas as necessary.

Education
