Qualifications

• High school degree or GED equivalent required.
• Three years of experience in care coordination or administrative support in behavioral health required.
• Experience working in the behavioral health field required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Referral Specialists and OhioRISE Development Coordinator.
• Oversee care coordination intake and referral process.
• Analyze management reports to optimize workflow.
• Ensure team members have a consistent onboarding experience.

Advanced communication skills

Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to operate in an Internet-based EHR environment

Organizational skills

Knowledge of community health systems

Education
