Job summary

Southwest Network seeks a detail-oriented healthcare records support specialist to track and coordinate outgoing member referrals. You will assemble clinical background data and ensure timely delivery to receiving providers.

You will navigate multiple referral portals, upload documentation to medical records, and maintain HIPAA confidentiality while delivering friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or completion of a medical records certification preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in healthcare, preferably with medical records collection/disbursement.
• Valid Arizona fingerprint clearance card.
• CPR, First Aid and Therapeutic Options training required.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track outgoing member referrals and ensure timely dispatch.
• Assemble information on clinical background and referral needs.
• Navigate referral portals to upload documentation to the medical record.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all communications.
