Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Care Coordinator in Morrisville, NC to provide inbound and outbound support, coordinate patient benefits, product orders and appointment scheduling for client programs, ensuring a smooth patient journey.

You will work with payers, patients, providers and distributors, explain eligibility and coverage options, navigate payer challenges, maintain records per SOPs, and uphold privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree required; 2 years of reimbursement/insurance or healthcare billing experience preferred.
• Call Center/HUB or customer service experience with progressive responsibilities in a service-driven environment required.
• Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
• Strong working knowledge of prior authorization and appeals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient benefits, product orders and appointment scheduling for client programs.
• Serve as liaison to payers, patients, providers and distributors to ensure timely services.
• Explain eligibility and coverage options and assist with program enrollment and affordability supports.
• Maintain records in accordance with SOPs and privacy standards.
