Qualifications

• Associate and/or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of call center or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound patient, caregiver, and provider support.
• Coordinate resources and facilitate patient journey via Patient Support Program.
• Explain benefits and enrollment steps across payer types (private, government).
• Document case notes and maintain data integrity in the case management system.
• Follow SOPs and program guidelines; elevate complex cases as needed.
