Qualifications

• 3+ years in behavioral health services or care coordination.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Referral Specialists and the Development Coordinator.
• Oversee care coordination intake and referral processes.
• Analyze management reports to identify workflows.
• Monitor onboarding activities for new team members.
