Responsibilities

• Consult with case managers, supervisors, and medical directors using a holistic approach.
• Present cases at conferences to obtain multidisciplinary reviews.
• Identify and escalate quality of care issues through established channels.
• Provide coaching and support to empower members for healthy choices.
• Assist in engaging members to participate with their providers.
