Job summary

Rincon Family Services in Kankakee, IL is seeking a Care Representative to join a multi-disciplinary team as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. You will perform a wide range of administrative tasks to promote high-quality service delivery, greet guests, manage messages, and coordinate scheduling under the guidance of the Department Manager of Access & Care Coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors and provide guidance on visit expectations.
• Open or close the building as needed, including for events.
• Answer calls, transfer messages, and review voicemails.
• Communicate via email or Teams; keep program information up to date.
• Maintain program and building records and assist with scheduling initial appointments.
• Enter payments into deposit logs and EMR systems; provide admin support.
