Responsibilities include maintaining staffing documentation, auditing, and on-call support to meet resident care needs and financial objectives. This role emphasizes teamwork and strong communication within the care community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Problem solving, organizational skills, flexibility and ability to coordinate with others.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related computer programs.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Implement established staffing patterns and schedules to meet resident care needs and financial goals.
• Serve on-call for staffing needs as assigned.
• Maintain accurate staffing documentation including attendance tracking.
• Submit accurate staffing data to supervisor within established timelines.
• Maintain effective communication with all customers.
• Assist in implementing staffing policies and practices.
• Ensure staff understand and implement staffing policies.
• Conduct audits as assigned.
