The position requires a minimum 10th grade education, the ability to work with minimal supervision, lift up to 25 pounds, and maintain confidentiality of resident information.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain grounds, facility, and equipment following schedules.
• Report accidents/incidents to supervisor promptly.
• Coordinate daily maintenance with nursing staff.
• Perform routine maintenance on facility systems (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC).
• Replace light bulbs and clean windows as directed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain orderly work areas.
