Job summary

Service Corporation International in Seattle is seeking a part-time Dispatch/Logistics Coordinator to support our funeral home and care center operations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and at least six months of scheduling or logistics experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispatch resources to meet client family needs.
• Receive first call information and initiate dispatch.
• Process removal paperwork and recording keeping of embalming docs.
• Ensure vehicles and associates are dispatched per standards.
• Schedule internal staff and market location resources.
• Maintain in-house resource inventory.
• Provide strong customer service to families.
