Job summary

St. Joseph Center seeks an Associate Director of Site Operations for the Care Campus in Los Angeles. This senior role oversees Safety, Hygiene Services, and other operational functions, guiding managers to ensure staffed, safe, and well-coordinated facilities that support participant-centered services.

Responsibilities cover staffing, incident response, facility coordination, and continuity of operations in a hybrid work setting with travel across LA-area sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, nonprofit, or related field.
• At least five years of progressively responsible operations experience.
• At least three years in supervisory or management roles.
• Experience with safety operations, emergency response, and facilities coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day campus operations and staffing oversight.
• Ensure safe opening, transitions, and closing procedures.
• Oversee safety, hygiene services, and emergency preparedness.
• Coordinate facilities planning and third-party security.
• Drive continuous improvement across programs and compliance.
