Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations across main campus and remote sites.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Lead facilities team and mentor staff across maintenance and safety.
• Coordinate procurement, RFPs/RFQs, and budget considerations.
• Lead renovations, tenant improvements, and construction projects.
• Manage project timelines, costs, and change orders.
