Qualifications

• Provide care for Assisted Living residents according to their needs.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Check residents and rooms for safety and comfort.
• Answer call bells and notify staff as needed.
• Provide care safely per policies and resident needs.
• Report suspected abuse or changes to condition.
• Assist with dining, feeding, and feeding support as needed.
• Take vital signs and weights as required.
• Change bed linens and tidy resident rooms.
• Encourage participation in activities and document participation.
• Transport residents to activities and meals.
• Assist in meal service and dish distribution, aid feeding as needed.

Education
