Fahrney-Keedy Home in Boonsboro, MD is seeking a dedicated Geriatric Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate resident care in accordance with Fahrney-Keedy’s policies and procedures. You will support nurses and supervisory staff on the units and help maintain safe, timely care through routine checks and clear communication with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical established Geriatric Nursing Assistant skills to residents following Fahrney-Keedy’s policies and procedures.
• Assist nurses and supervisory staff in resident care on the units.
• Provide quality care by checking resident and room at least every two hours to ensure the care is provided in a safe timely manner.
• Provide strong verbal and written communication skills with residents, family members, visitors, staff, etc.
