Job summary

Fahrney-Keedy Memorial Home in Boonsboro, MD is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Full time or part time roles are available, with 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts considered.

Compensation ranges from $16.50 to $20.50 per hour with applicable shift differentials and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time day shift. The CNA will provide practical care to residents, assist nurses and supervisory staff, and ensure patient safety by checking on residents every two hours and maintaining clear

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant as per state law.
• Must be able to provide routine resident care and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical CNA skills to residents following Fahrney‑Keedy policies.
• Assist nurses and supervisory staff in resident care on the units.
• Check resident and room at least every two hours to ensure safe, timely care.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, visitors and staff.
