Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in customer service required.
• General experience in a physician practice or call center preferred.
• Experience scheduling for physician offices or radiology preferred.
• Experience working with EMR systems (EPIC) preferred.
• Spanish or other languages skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact to access physicians, staff, patients, programs and services.
• Handle complex scheduling requests across multiple channels following protocols.
• Communicate via EPIC to physicians and staff daily and ensure timely responses.
• Maintain compliance and integrity according to scheduling protocols.
