You will manage complex scheduling requests across multiple channels and verify information through established protocols daily.

The role emphasizes timely responses, accurate information sharing, and adherence to compliance standards within EPIC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of customer service experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Healthcare preferred.
• Experience in physician practice or call center environment preferred.
• Experience with scheduling for physician offices or radiology preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.
• Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the single point of contact to internal and external customers to ensure easy access to physicians, employees, patients, programs and services.
• Handles complex scheduling requests through various channels while utilizing protocols and verification portals.
• Communicates via EPIC to physicians and staff on a daily basis.
• Provides appropriate and relevant information and facilitates requests within designated timeframes based on urgency as defined per scheduling protocol.
• Ensures compliance and integrity of processes and data.
