Job summary

Vitra Health is seeking a Care Access Navigator to support insurance prior authorizations, enrollment continuity, and program maintenance. This in-person role requires strong organization, cross-functional communication, and a patient-first approach.

The successful candidate will manage documentation from multiple sources, verify insurance, and coordinate with providers. Regular travel to the Boston area may be required. We value compassion, confidentiality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in high-volume record processing.
• Salesforce, Hubspot, and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain documentation for insurance prior authorization and program enrollment.
• Verify insurance and submit requests to providers per internal processes.
• Communicate with care teams, providers, and insurers about documentation needs.
• Keep accurate patient records with sensitive information kept confidential.
• Provide exceptional customer service and triage incoming communications.
