Qualifications

• Two to four years administrative patient navigator experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with electronic patient health record required; Next-Gen preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Medical Terminology experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and coordinates daily administrative patient flow and scheduling.
• Prepares charts for new patient consult with testing reports and insurance referrals.
• Coordinates testing and pre-certifications; communicates with patient and providers.
• Enters data into patient health records and practice logs.
• Assists with patient billing inquiries and pre-authorizations for testing.
• Provides support to Physicians and Practice Manager.
