Job summary

Gulf Coast JFCS is seeking a CAM Manager in Florida to supervise a team of CAM Specialists and a CAM Supervisor coordinating access to mental health and substance use services. The role ensures adherence to CAM metrics and contractual requirements, with coaching and support to achieve quality outcomes.

Master's level or licensed clinician in FL is required, plus experience coaching staff and maintaining data quality.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Clinical licensure in FL strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years coaching/supervising staff experience.
• Knowledge of Florida behavioral health infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with partners.
• Represent and promote the CAM in the community.
• Create status reports and action plans to meet goals.
• Triaging contractual risks or escalations.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to CAM Specialists.
• Oversee data quality for metrics and calendars.
• Participate in customer-facing meetings and progress discussions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
