Job summary

Gulf Coast Jewish Family and Community Services in Florida is seeking a CAM Manager to supervise a team of CAM Specialists delivering Care About Me to streamline access to mental health and substance use services.

The ideal candidate is a Master’s level or licensed clinician in FL with 2+ years of supervising staff, adept at data, contract compliance, and guiding team performance to meet quality metrics in a dynamic community setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Florida licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years coaching/supervising staff.
• Experience with screenings and assessments in behavioral health.
• Knowledge of Florida behavioral health infrastructure.
• Empathy and passion for helping vulnerable populations.
• Bilingual or multilingual a plus (Spanish).
• Strong relationship management and independent work ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with partners and teams as CAM strategy expert.
• Represent and promote CAM in the community.
• Create status reports and action plans to meet goals.
• Assist in triaging contractual risks or escalations.
• Provide ongoing support through telephony and software vendors.
• Participate in customer-facing meetings to discuss progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
