Job summary

Gulf Coast JFCS in Florida seeks a CAM Manager to supervise a team delivering the Coordinated Access Model (CAM) for mental health and substance use services. The role ensures contractual requirements and CAM metrics are met while coaching staff to achieve quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, with FL licensure preferred and at least two years of coaching/supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Clinical licensure in Florida (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in coaching and/or supervising staff.
• Experience conducting screenings, assessments, and navigating behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CAM Specialists and a CAM Supervisor, ensuring adherence to CAM metrics and care guidelines.
• Provide coaching and feedback to meet quality metrics and contractual requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners and internal teams to advance CAM strategy.
• Create action plans to meet individual and team goals and monitor progress.
• Participate in customer-facing meetings to discuss client progress and operational performance.
