Job summary

Gulf Coast JFCS is seeking a CAM Specialist to support the Pinellas County Coordinated Access Model, guiding clients to mental health and substance use services. You will assess needs, connect clients with appropriate providers, and coordinate care with partners.

The role requires clinical licensure in FL preferred or a Master's level clinician intern, with strong assessments, empathy, and independent work. Opportunities for growth and development are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's level clinician registered as an intern or Bachelor's with 5+ years of experience.
• Clinical licensure in Florida preferred (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT).
• Experience conducting screenings and assessments in behavioral health.
• Bilingual or multilingual a plus (Spanish).
• Valid driver's license with auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and LOCUS or other screenings.
• Schedule appointments with providers matching needs and geography.
• Coordinate with service providers for seamless client experience.
• Follow up with clients and providers to ensure service receipt.
• Build relationships and expand knowledge of community resources.
