Pfizer is seeking a CARD Health & Science Professional (HSP) to expand territory sales and deepen customer relationships. The role emphasizes in-person and virtual engagement, data-driven strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver Pfizer objectives and patient access to therapies.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), strong communications, and the ability to work remotely with internal teams while meeting sales targets.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in professional sales or promotional activity; or associate’s degree with 6+ years; or high school with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT).
• Strong territory management, communications, and teamwork.
• Live within 25 miles of territory border; valid US driver’s license; clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales in assigned territory.
• Engage with customers both face to face and virtually.
• Develop and implement territory call plans; adjust live/virtual engagement strategies.
• Build rapport with customers in live and virtual environments; use digital tools for engagement.
• Use internal reports and analytics to identify strategic opportunities.
• Educate providers on branded and unbranded product value with disease state information.
• Collaborate across the organization to address inquiries and Pfizer objectives.
• Complete all administrative tasks on time and compliantly.
