Job summary

Pfizer seeks a CARD Health & Science Professional (HSP) in Hartford, CT to increase territory sales and strengthen customer relationships with health care providers. You will engage customers both in person and remotely, develop strategic call plans, and apply disease-state knowledge to communicate value for Pfizer products.

The role requires strong teamwork, analytics, and ability to work with cross-functional teams in a compliant, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in professional sales or promotional activity.
• Must live within 25 miles of the territory border.
• Valid US driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales in assigned territory.
• Engages with customers face-to-face and virtually.
• Develops and implements territory call plans to maximize engagement.
• Builds rapport with customers in live and virtual settings using digital tools.
• Uses internal reports/analytics to identify opportunities and drive strategy.
• Educates providers on product value using disease state knowledge.
• Collaborates across the organization to address customer inquiries.
• Completes administrative tasks on time and compliantly.
