Job summary
Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular Medical Surgical Telemetry unit at Glenbrook Hospital in Illinois. The role is full-time on the day shift (7am-7:30pm) with rotating weekends and a 36-hour week, with compensation reviewed as the structure evolves.
The ideal candidate holds IL nursing licensure, NLN-accredited education, and BLS/CPR certification, with BSN preferred. You will play a key role in patient-centered care and teamwork across the care continuum.
Qualifications
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in IL required.
- NLN-accredited nursing program graduates preferred; BSN preferred.
- BLS/CPR Certification for Healthcare Provider required.
- Prior nursing experience or CNA experience preferred for new graduates.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective nursing care for a unit-based patient population.
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Guide unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering care.
- Communicate with health-care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experience.
