HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Cardiovascular Technician RCIS to join the UCF Lake Nona Hospital Cath Lab team in Orlando. You will assist physicians in complex cardiac and vascular procedures, prepare patients, and operate advanced equipment to deliver safe, high-quality care.

• Cardiac Cath Lab tech with RCIS/ARRT Radiography certification or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements.
• Prepare and support patients and families before, during, and after procedures.
• Operate and maintain advanced cath lab equipment for safe treatment.
• Monitor patient responses with vigilance and compassion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting physicians with complex cardiac and vascular procedures, including angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements
• Preparing and supporting patients and families with care, education, and reassurance before, during, and after procedures
• Operating and maintaining advanced equipment to deliver safe and effective treatment
• Monitoring patient responses with vigilance and compassion to ensure the highest level of care
• Safeguarding a sterile, safe environment while serving as an advocate for every patient

What qualifications you will need:

• Vocational School Graduate, or High School Graduate / GED
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt, or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• (ARRT-R) Radiography, or (RCIS) Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, or (RCES) Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist
