Job summary

HCA Florida UCF Lake Nona Hospital in Orlando is seeking a Manager of the Cardiac Cath Lab to lead clinical staff, coordinate daily procedures, and support the director in delivering high-quality patient care.

The role requires RN licensure, BLS/ACLS certifications, and 3+ years in a cardiovascular setting, with a focus on workflow optimization and staff development. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position within a comprehensive cardiovascular program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred for leadership role.
• Current RN license in practicing state(s) with compact license where applicable.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required to lead clinical teams.
• 3+ years of applicable experience in a cardiovascular setting is expected.

• Maintain proficiencies for all technical duties in the Cardiovascular Center.

• Oversee daily flow of procedures in Cath Lab, IOU, and nuclear cardiology departments.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Maintains proficiencies for all technical duties involved with diagnostic and interventional procedures performed in the Cardiovascular Center. Responsible for assisting the director in providing support to clinical staff and physicians to enable the operations of the Cardiovascular Center to run as smoothly as possible on a daily basis. Responsible for the quality of care provided consistent with the philosophy, goals, and objectives of the organization. Provides leadership and management of the staff in the implementation of departmental processes. Participates in and materially influences the selection, development, discipline, and evaluation of staff. Responsible for the daily flow of procedures in the Cath/EP Lab, IOU, and nuclear Cardiology departments.

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation
• BLS and ACLS certified
• 3 + years of applicable experience
