The Northwest Medical Center Tucson is seeking a Director of Cardiovascular Services to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Cardiovascular Laboratory, EKG, and related departments. This role oversees daily administration, finances, and clinical operations to ensure high-quality patient care, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or 7+ years of direct experience in lieu of a degree.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs the daily operations of cardiovascular services with a focus on patient safety and staff productivity.
• Oversees inventory management, including supplies and equipment readiness.
• Prepares and analyzes financial data to align departmental performance with budgets.
• Maintains charge master accuracy and addresses billing errors promptly.
• Ensures compliance with clinical protocols, guidelines, and regulatory standards.
