Job summary

Bayer is seeking an Institutional and Specialty Sales professional to lead launch activities for cardiovascular-renal indications within the CVR portfolio in the Minneapolis metropolitan area. The role focuses on demand generation, clinical education and sales through strategic plans for Hospitals and Health Systems, Cardiologists and Nephrologists.

The position is residence based in Minnesota with up to 50% travel and will report to the Area General Manager, collaborating across Marketing,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 10 years of successful relevant sales experience in competitive landscapes
Deep expertise in cardiovascular/renal therapeutics
Experience launching new products/indications
Excellent facilitation and verbal/written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Drive clinical demand, education and sales for cardiovascular-renal products
Build institutional advocacy to drive formulary adoption and protocol pull-through
Develop strategic plans for top Institutions with local market insights
Demonstrate disease state knowledge and analytical business planning
Build relationships with key stakeholders at institutions and cardiologists/nephrologists
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pull-through partnerships
Support Area General Managers on strategic projects
Leverage emerging technologies to enhance performance and compliance
