Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing with 1 year RN experience.
• Must be licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota.
• CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS for healthcare providers.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, safe, effective nursing care on the Cardiovascular Progressive Care unit.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team; participate as an effective unit member.
• Maintain relationships with health care team and uphold clinical practice standards.
