Job summary

Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN seeks a Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular Progressive Care unit. You will deliver patient-centered care on a 24-bed unit focused on cardiothoracic and vascular patients, contributing to excellent outcomes in a Level I Trauma Center.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice and Shared Governance, with a schedule of 0.70 Day/Night, 12-hour shifts, and every third weekend night coverage. Strong interpersonal skills are required.

Qualifications

• BSN or ADN with 1 year RN experience.
• Licensed RN in Minnesota.
• CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, safe and efficient care on the Cardiovascular Progressive Care unit.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and the care team.
• Collaborate with the nursing department and health care team to maintain quality care.
