Job summary

Edward Hospital – Naperville, IL is hiring a Certified Surgical Technologist for a full-time 36-hour week. Shifts run 6:00am–4:30pm with rotating call. The role includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus after 2 years of CST experience and responsibilities as a surgical scrub with the surgical team.

Hourly pay ranges from $27.14 to $40.71, based on experience, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth within Endeavor Health.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited Certified Surgical Technician program or equivalent.
• Current CPR Certification (BLS) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross; national certification through the Association of Surgical Technologists is required.
• If applicant does not possess certification at time of hire, must obtain it within 18 months of hire date.
• Preferred: Previous Surgery/OR experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a surgical scrub person by performing any combination of tasks before, during, and after surgery to assist the surgical team.
