Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist for full-time 36 hours/week. Shifts 11:00am-11:00pm with on-call evenings, weekends, and holidays. Sign-on bonus $10,000–$15,000 depending on shift and CST experience.

You will scrub and assist the surgical team under supervision, ensuring patient safety. Requirements include CST program graduate, CPR/BLS, and AST CST certification (within 18 months if not yet certified).

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Certified Surgical Technician program or equivalent.
• Current CPR Certification (BLS) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• National certification through the Association of Surgical Technologists is required; if not certified at hire, must obtain within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Act as a surgical scrub person by performing tasks before, during and after surgery to assist the surgical team.
