Job summary

Endeavor Health, Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL, is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for a full-time role (36 hours/week). Shifts are 6:00am-4:30pm with rotating call. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for those with 2 years of CST experience.

You will scrub before, during and after surgery to assist the surgical team. Requirements include graduation from an accredited CST program, CPR (BLS), and national CST certification with a 18-month hire-date window for attainment if not

• Graduate from an accredited Certified Surgical Technician program or equivalent.
• Current CPR Certification (BLS) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• National certification through the Association of Surgical Technologists is required. If applicant does not possess certification at time of hire, must obtain it within 18 months of hire date.

Hourly Pay Range:

$27.14 - $40.71 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Sign on bonus: 10k, 2 years of prior CST experience is required for sign-on bonus
• Position: Certified Surgical Technologist
• Location: Edward Hospital - Naperville, IL
• Full Time: 36 hours/week
• Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm, rotating call required
