Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Territory Manager to support clients in the Baltimore and Salisbury, MD territory within the Cardiovascular group. You will drive sales, build relationships with physicians, hospital staff and administrators, and execute the company’s strategies to grow market share.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3 years of healthcare or B2B sales experience, travel up to 40%, and the ability to lift 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Three years of healthcare and/or B2B sales experience or equivalent cardio/cardiovascular experience.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and wear lead aprons in lab environments.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and key metrics in the assigned territory.
• Drive market share gains through company programs.
• Build relationships with physicians, EP staff, admin staff and hospital executives.
• Coordinate a pod with CAS, FSE, UCAS and others to deliver service.
• Drive territory business plan with regular updates and action plans.
• Introduce new products, communicate pricing, and assist with contracts.
• Manage customer groups across hospitals and IDNs.
