Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Territory Manager for J\&J MedTech (Circulatory Restoration) based in Shreveport, LA. You will develop sales strategies, build relationships with physicians and hospital staff, and drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.

Primary responsibilities include supporting catheter labs, educating customers on products, and collaborating with Clinical, Marketing, and R&D to identify opportunities. A minimum of 2 years in field-based life sciences sales is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ territory manager experience in hospital-based life sciences (cardiovascular preferred).
• May substitute 3 years’ cardiovascular or interventional sales support experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Shockwave products to hospital personnel and physicians.
• Meet with physicians and hospital staff to determine needs, goals, and product usage.
• Educate customers on products and proper clinical usage with presentations and demonstrations.
• Attend procedures in hospital operating rooms and advise on product usage to meet physician needs.
