GBH Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview seeks a Registered Nurse for Cardiac Medical Telemetry on the day shift (7am-7:30pm) with rotating weekends. 36 hours per week. Requires IL nursing license, NLN-accredited program graduate, and BLS/CPR certification. BSN strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in IL required.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
• Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experience.
