Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Staff RN for the Cardiovascular ICU in Mansfield. This full-time, day-shift role offers 36 hours per week with every-other-weekend coverage.

The RN will provide direct patient care, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and support continuous improvement in a high-reliability, patient-centered environment. Responsibilities include assessments, planning, and evaluating care, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN is required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients across the continuum.
• Document and communicate patient status and care plans within the multidisciplinary team.
• Lead and participate in process improvement to enhance clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• Provide leadership within the department and contribute to safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives.
