Job summary

OhioHealth Cardiovascular ICU is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care for patients across the continuum in a 24/7 unit.

The RN will perform assessments, plan and implement care, evaluate outcomes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, following the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications include a current Ohio RN license (or compact state), BLS, and BSN; Day shift; 24 scheduled hours per week.

Qualifications

BLS certification
RN license in Ohio or multi-state compact in good standing
BSN preferred; BSN required at 5 years of employment

Responsibilities

Assessment/diagnosis of health status and nursing needs
Plan and implement nursing interventions
Evaluate outcomes and revise care plans with the multidisciplinary team
Lead process improvement to improve clinical quality and safety
Operate within High Reliability Organization standards and ensure safety and efficiency
